Spencer Ploessl
Spencer Ploessl is the Creative Director and Advisor at Canna Connect, where he helps shape the organization's events, media strategy, and community engagement across Minnesota's cannabis industry. With a background in marketing, event production, and brand storytelling, Spencer has played a key role in developing Canna Connect's signature experiences, including the Community Pod concept and the continued evolution of The Canna Connect Show. As a longtime collaborator with founder Stephen Eigenmann, Spencer brings a creative perspective to building meaningful connections between cannabis entrepreneurs, operators, and industry partners. Together, they continue to grow Canna Connect as a statewide network focused on education, collaboration, and community.
